Kirsten Clausen is a senior interior design leader with deep experience across high-end retail and showroom environments, premium residential projects, and contemporary workspaces, known for translating brand strategy into consistent, scalable physical environments through disciplined design systems, material intelligence, and precise execution. Based in New York since 2008, she began in high-end residential design before joining The Shade Store in 2014, where she led interior design strategy through a period of sustained national expansion, building concepts that maintained brand integrity while adapting to regional markets as the showroom portfolio grew from 11 locations in early 2014 to more than 150 nationwide by the end of 2023.
