A large 5th-floor bare loft was transformed into a light-filled three-bedroom home, balancing grand proportions with an intimate layout and astute details. The floor plan flows from a front-facing living area into a central kitchen and dining space, then through a lounge and bar before reaching the quiet bedrooms and workspace at the rear. New, large window openings ensure ample daylight in every primary room, while carefully considered furniture, upholstery, window treatments, and art complete the elevated aesthetic.
